We are a leading Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panel system fabricator and installer in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. We have over 20 years’ experience specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of ACM building envelope and cladding systems. As we continue to expand our operations, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our ACM fabrication shop. The candidate must have strong technical understanding of various processes and machines involved in the fabrication of architectural aluminum products. They should also demonstrate a desire to grow and contribute to a team environment with precision and pride.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, Router, Extrusion Cutting, Shear & Break
· ACM and aluminum Sheet Fabrication
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues
· Read and understand fabrication drawings, assist with inventory control
· Assist in packing and crating material for shipment
· Safely operate forklift to handle materials without damage
· Must have reliable transportation
· Able to work overtime to meet customer requirements and business needs

Qualifications:
· 1-3 Years of experience with architectural sheet metal fabrication or similar role in manufacturing
· Ability to operate tools, machines, identify assembly components
· Familiarity with fabrication tickets and construction documents.
· Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and the ability to follow and provide directions effetely
· Able to stand, sit, move, bend, twist for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 50lb.
· Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
