Full-Time Office Coordinator – $25/hr + Growth Opportunity
Location: Vallejo, CA | In-Office Position
We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced Office Coordinator to join our team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and can hit the ground running without needing full-time training, this is for you.
The Ideal Candidate:
Already knows their way around an office
Has solid experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Comfortable using ChatGPT and other modern tools to streamline tasks
Communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and stays on top of details
Is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with our team
Starting Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (in-office)
