The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.'s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support for senior leadership, including preparing briefings, data, and preparatory materials for senior-level meetings.
  • Develop and manage a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for leadership engagements, aligning with strategic guidance and organizational goals.
  • Draft and edit executive correspondence, synthesizing information into polished, accurate, and timely deliverables for leadership.
  • Create and maintain directorate-level reports, communications, and business documentation such as overviews, year-in-review summaries, and activity reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership engagements, including meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, forums, and protocol events.
  • Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise systems, ensuring responses adhere to organizational standards and are completed on time.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI and ability to sit for and pass a Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings
  • Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences
  • Reports to Chantilly up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) structure, processes, and procedures
  • Expertise in managing and utilizing task-tracking systems such as TIER or equivalent platforms
  • Experience supporting leadership in protocol management for distinguished visitors, VIP visits, or high-level engagements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data, reports, and collaborative workflows
