At International Sports Management (ISM) , we deliver extraordinary corporate hospitality and ticketing packages for marquee sports events globally, hosting thousands of happy customers and guests each and every year! We are looking to fill an upcoming Admin Assistant role for our Sales & Marketing Division (no selling on your end!), including Salesforce CRM usage (will teach the right candidate .) You will have full training for this position. Please read the entire ad before applying! Note - this is an IN OFFICE position - you'll be part of the on-site team!
Candidates should be located in Portland, OR, as the position is full time in office and in-person interviews are required.
We are seeking an outgoing, solution minded, new Team Member to join us in our beautiful Downtown Portland Office on the waterfront asap! You should be proactive (and fun!) Early career women & men encouraged to apply (1-3 years experience). You will be working with our technology platforms to improve tools and work behind the scenes (no selling) to assist our sales division, manage our database and help administer our Salesforce CRM. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC's is mandatory, esp. Excel. HTML or other coding experience appreciated but not necessary. Same for Salesforce experience on the back-end / admin level. You will face some of the toughest, and most rewarding challenges of your career. If you love operational functions, have a penchant for problem solving, enjoy transforming ideas into action, and want true promotion opportunities then keep reading - this could be the perfect fit!
