About the Role You’ll provide services under the Medicaid Waiver program, helping adults with developmental disabilities achieve their goals for independence, communication, and community engagement. Services are delivered
in clients’ homes, our offices, or virtually , depending on the needs of the individuals you support.
What You’ll Do - Conduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide individualized plans
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support independence, skill development, and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each individual’s goals
- Maintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
What You Bring - Master’s Degree in a human service field
- Current BCBA certification
- Minimum one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities (preferred: ABA experience under Medicaid Waiver programs)
- Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
