Job Description

*Well respected commercial litigation firm seeks skilled attorney with at least two years experience and a strong work ethic to join our team.*

Ideal candidate must have

- Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures

- Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology

- Trial experience

- Commercial/civil litigation experience preferred

Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful and knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus but is not required or essential. Qualified applicants should also be reliable, accurate and detail oriented.

*Non-remote in office position.* Candidate must be within commuting distance of Sherman Oaks. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary range of $100,000-$225,000/yr + no billable hours requirement.
