Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

As a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Providing caregiver education and family support
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
• Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers

Compensation & Benefits

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
