• Design and decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests and store standards.
• Prepare and mix icing, fondant, and other decorations, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Work with customers to customize cake orders, including flavor choices and design elements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with bakery team members to provide a wide range of high-quality baked goods.
• Stay updated with cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cake decorating or pastry arts is required.
• Strong artistic skills and creativity in design and decoration.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
