United Trades of America is looking for a skilled and CERTIFIED EQUIPMENT OPERATOR with TRACK HOE experience, local to CRYSTAL SPRINGS, MS. To join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating heavy equipment to perform a wide range of tasks on construction sites. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. If you have a strong background in operating equipment and possess the necessary skills to tackle various tasks, we want to hear from you.

*****Need someone local to the CRYSTAL SPRINGS MS area, no per diem is being offered!*****

Pay Rate is depending upon experience ranging from $15-$25.

MUST be certified.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maneuver equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and identify any repairs or adjustments needed.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to accurately complete excavation tasks, including digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials.
• Conduct proper site preparation, including clearing obstacles, removing debris, and marking boundaries, in coordination with the project team.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as surveyors and ground workers, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
