About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the evolution and enhancement of its enterprise-wide information security strategy. The CISO will be responsible for the protection of data, systems, and networks across all global operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of security awareness. This high-profile role involves strategic leadership, risk management, security operations, compliance, and incident response. The successful candidate will work proactively with business units and ecosystem partners to implement and uphold information security policies and standards, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and best practices. Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in information security, including at least 5 years in a senior IS leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and incident response, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies. The CISO will also be responsible for incident response and recovery, security awareness and training, and must be adept at making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
