Job Description
Seeking entry level Computer Technician to join our team!
We are looking for someone with a foundation in troubleshooting basic computer and server issues demonstrated through education, work experience, or certification. Ideal candidate must be flexible, learn quickly, and have strong interpersonal skills to deliver the customer service expected of our MSP delivery model.
Essential job functions:
· Professional client interaction
· Accurate time tracking and technical notes
· Excellent communication with clients and co-workers
· Basic Windows Server loads and maintenance
· Perform routine network maintenance
· Application troubleshooting
Qualifications:
· Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
· Passion for technology
Work conditions:
· Position is onsite five days a week (M - F) at work site, located at 64 Sidney Street, Cambridge MA, 02139, hours are 8:30AM – 5PM.
· Position averages 40 hours per week (full-time salaried position)
· Occasional weekend/after-hours work
· Moving of equipment weighing up to 55 pounds
