Job Responsibilities:
Craft engaging, creative copy that aligns to brand voice and connects with our members
Collaborate with Creative team members to develop creative strategies, concepts, and copy direction to produce the strongest creative work possible
Write copy for digital channels (email, website, social media, digital ads), retail displays, traditional print marketing, and educational video content
Partner with Marketing Managers to distill complex briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts that get measurable results
Be a team player, able to work within budgets and tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Present and provide strategic rationale for creative ideas to our internal partners and nimbly make thoughtful revisions in response to feedback
Copywriter
Job Requirements:
· 3-5+ years of copywriting experience, in an agency or in-house creative role
· Experience with financial brands is preferred
· Experience in both print and digital marketing/advertising
· Mastery of written communication, both short- and long-form
· Proven creative ability
· Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
· Ability to see the big picture, as well as the production aspects of a job
· Ability to present and sell creative ideas
· A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
· An exceptional copywriting portfolio website
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Staying up-to-date with marketing/advertising trends and popular culture
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
· Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution
