GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the organizations communications plan by developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity supported by our vision, mission, values. This role will frequently seek team members globally to represent their companies and employees in global strategies and initiatives and provide communication plan coaching for change management of various initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience; preferably in a communications role

Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
Starting pay for the position is between $74,252.74 - $92,815.92
