We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a family-owned agency, we take pride in providing the most customized and personalized services for all types of experiences.

We are looking for someone that is engaging with clients and can help turn one time sales into repeat clients. You will work closely with clients to help see what their needs are and how our business can help fill that need. Client engagement is critical for driving repeat business and maintaining a strong reputation.

Job Description: 

  •  Arrange sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses and more 
  •  Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans 
  •  Plan and arrange event packages 
  •  Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
