This role will ensure a seamless transportation experiences for members combined with proactive trip planning and real-time issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assign drivers and vehicles to upcoming trips based on member needs (e.g., wheelchair van, gurney van, sedan).
• Ensure all trips within the designated timeframe are covered with suitable transportation providers.
• Handle last-minute trip requests by securing drivers and vehicles under tight timelines.
• Reschedule medical appointments when transportation cannot be arranged.
• Continuously monitor dashboards to identify trips experiencing delays or issues.
• Dispatch drivers for return trips, ensuring timely pickups and smooth transitions.
• Maintain contact with members until issues are resolved and transportation is confirmed.
• Continuously update schedules to reflect changes, cancellations, or reassignments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in logistics, transportation planning, dispatching, or customer service preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate a caring attitude and uphold customer values in every aspect of the role.
