As a DSP Career Coach, you will guide and support individuals in developing job duties, responsibilities, and skills to help them reach their full potential and excel in their roles.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coach and mentor individuals to develop job duties, responsibilities, and skills.
- Provide support and encouragement to individuals to help them reach their full potential and enhance their job performance.
- Create personalized plans to assist clients in achieving their career aspirations.
- Build strong and positive relationships with employers and community partners.

**Qualifications:**
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
- Required background, OIG, and MVR clearance.
- Capable of physical movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.
