Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating and scheduling our field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills to manage real-time field operations and customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound emergency and non-emergency calls
• Schedule the technicians according to skill and most efficient route
• Collect and document information from callers and input into the CRM or FSM software used by the company
• Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency
• Transmit information to the appropriate person or department
• Direct response units to appropriate location
• Monitor status of the response team
• Assist in the invoicing of completed service calls

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Experience with a CRM or platform such as ZoHo, Service Titan, Service Fusion or dispatching software a Plus.
• Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Ability to work well under pressure
