  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Legal US work authorization.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the pet care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Direct hands-on management of the daily operations at TDC, providing regular reports to the business owner.
  • Customer Relations: Promote our services to potential clients and ensure the highest level of service for our existing customers.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with customers and their pets, ensuring seamless coordination between dog handlers, groomers, and trainers.
  • Hiring & Training: Take charge of the screening and hiring process for new team members and provide them with thorough training for their roles.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor both short- and long-range plans aimed at improving the staff performance and business operations.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety measures are strictly adhered to, guaranteeing the well-being of all pets under our care.
  • Supply Management: Track inventory and timely order supplies for our retail area to ensure consistent availability.
  • Staff Management: Handle the scheduling of staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Prepare content for promotional materials, social media platforms, and take responsibility for regular posting to our business social media channels.
