Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the real estate field. Follow up persistently on leads to secure appointments with either a listing or buyer’s agent. Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to strengthen brand recognition. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives. Handle sales inquiries to effectively convert qualified leads into new clients. Utilize a CRM system to ensure customer information for agents is accurate and up to date. Provide excellent service by efficiently scheduling and conducting appointments with clients. Qualifications: Must have a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
