We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our “A Team.”  If you are chosen for this position, you will receive a salary commensurate with experience and benefits.

Required but not limited to:

• Able to make phone calls with new and existing vendors and customers without reservation.
• Ability to relay phone calls and messages to various team members.
• Able to organize emails and respond to new and existing vendors and customers.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel including “V Look-up” and Pivot Tables
• Manage personal phone calls, orders, scheduling, and appointments for CEO.
• Assist in document creation of Quotes, Sales orders, and Invoices.
• Must be flexible to conduct new tasks and maintain strict attention to detail including but not limited to:
  • Professional and Grammatical communication
  • Completion of multiple tasks (organized and systemized)
  • Clear communication with staff always
• Be able to conduct light shipping of items no more than 20 lbs. Any items over 20 lbs. will be assisted by staff.
• Create shipping labels, package, and tape boxes to be sent out.

Preferred but not limited to:

• 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Excel and ability to create Pivot tables and data sheets.
• Google Drive including worksheets and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of CRM software as well as Adobe Acrobat.
