Job Description

Overview

We are looking for five (5) Executive Agents for a leading Cyber Security company located in Seattle, WA (relocation available) to join a team of motivated and highly skilled professionals who provide close protection and estate security for the Chief Executive, the Executive Chairman, immediate family members, and other executives as needed.

The five (5) roles will be divided onto the following schedules:

- Three (3) agents working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; five (5) days on, five (5) days off

- Two (2) agents working 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; three (3) days on, three (3) days off

Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for safeguarding the principal(s), their family, and their private property.

- Make operational decisions that enhance safety of the principal(s).

-Promote and establish effective working relationships with principal(s), staff, and team members.

- Demonstrate effective communication with the principal(s), visitors, and other team members.

- Responsible for providing transportation for the principal(s) and their family upon request.

- Be accountable for your decisions, actions, and communications.

- Collaborate on the development of standard operating procedures.

- Maintain and input all pertinent info on all security logs.

- Ensure vehicles are maintained.

- Receive, document, and communicate all deliveries.

- Support other teams within the Global Security mission to help safeguard Client's people, assets, and reputation upon request.

- Incorporate Client mission and values into all decisions and actions.

- Travel in support of the Executive Protection program, up to 60%.

- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Executive Protection and Operations.

Minimum Requirements

- Demonstrated dependability, positive attitude, and good attendance.

- Previous experience from the Government, Military, or Law Enforcement, and/or 5+ years in a security role required.

- Specialty training or experience in UltraHigh Net Worth Executive Protection and Estate Security required.

- CPR/First Aid/AED required.

- Valid Driver's License required.

- Valid Washington Concealed Pistol License (CPL) required for all in-state applicants. All out of state applicants must be willing and able to obtain a WA CPL as a condition of employment.

- Water Safety/Open water rescue/ lifeguard training to be completed within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Job Qualifications

- Previous Special Operations Forces or SWAT experience preferred.

- Successful completion of a recognized Executive Protection Course preferred.

- Successful completion of a recognized Tactical/Evasive Driving Course preferred.

- Emergency Medical Technician or Basic Life Support (BLS) training preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to 100,000. This range is an estimate for what the Client will pay a new hire. This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay as required by law. The actual annual salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, shift, education, skills, training, and experience.
