Position: Executive Recruiter

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a driven and ambitious Executive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will connect executive-level professionals with leading companies across the country, making a direct impact on both client success and candidate careers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs
• Source, screen, and present multiple qualified candidates for each opening
• Guide candidates through interviews, providing coaching and follow-up
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the internal database
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and placement goals

Requirements

• Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding goals
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Bachelors degree preferred

Compensation & Location

Compensation: $75,000-$120,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

Location: Orlando, FL

Work Setting: Hybrid/Remote. Hiring for Fort Lauderdale or Greater Orlando areas.
