What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging software demonstrations showcasing the value of the employer's revenue cycle and clinical solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations, including patient access, billing, coding, and compliance
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize demo environments according to client needs
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to tailor demonstrations for maximum impact
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding client needs and industry challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations
- In-depth understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle efficiency
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably the employer's solutions or similar platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management roles, such as Patient Accounting Director or Revenue Cycle Manager
- Familiarity with RAC audits and claim scrubbing software for compliance
- Experience with ASC and APC reimbursement models
- Knowledge of medical necessity checking and its role in claim approvals
- Experience with open database systems in revenue cycle management
