What Nuvia Offers

$65,000 - $75,000 per year base pay with additional up to $48,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses and up to $8,000 in quarterly bonuses. Total compensation can reach roughly $128,000.

Role Overview

General Managers are an integral part of each Nuvia center, working with administrative, clinical, and sales team members to ensure the success of the center. They are responsible for optimizing schedules, ensuring patients are treated efficiently, providing outstanding patient experiences, coordinating medical clearances, and managing the administrative team and Dental Assistants to maintain policies and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive a productive and efficient schedule.
• Work with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgery.
• Ensure Nuvias best practices are in place.
• Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectives.
• Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and the center.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in the dental field.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Experience with OpenDental management software preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a training facilitator.

A Day in the Life

• Patient scheduling to optimize efficiency and production.
• Medical clearances with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices.
• System updates and accurate documentation in Nuvias operating system.
• Daily huddles and inspections to maintain alignment.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Provider Success, Sales, Payroll, Facility Support, and Patient Experience departments.
• Timely troubleshooting to solve daytoday challenges that could affect patients, staff, or Nuvia.
