Phillips Home Improvements is seeking  In-Home Outside Sales Reps / Estimators to run  preset, pre-qualified leads , and be energetic closers  who love assisting homeowners with  home repair projects, including painting, gutters, siding, and windows .

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver World Class Presentations and accurate written proposals on the spot
• Know and own the Phillips Sales Methodology
• Close the sale
• Provide world class customer service
• Promote the company on social media

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Must live within 25 miles of our offices at 204 S. Ash Drive, Allen, TX 75002
• Winning first impression
• Ability to listen to customer needs
• Ability to follow a script
• Ability to climb a ladder to inspect work
• Ability to close a sale

Skills:

• Great communicator
• Proficient with basic Windows computer programs
• Ability to figure numbers in head
• NO DEGREE REQUIRED!

The Ideal Home Improvement Sales Rep / Estimator Candidate:

• Inspects what he or she expects
• Can climb a ladder to inspect a gutter comfortably
• WOWs customers
• Promotes the company online
• Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
