FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT POSITION; YMCA OF GREATER NASHUA; NASHUA BRANCH

Two Full-Time Positions Available

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm  – Nashua Branch

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm – Westwood Park Branch

You’ll Make An Impact By:

• Creating a clean and healthy environment across fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and all high-touch surfaces
• Supporting our early childhood center by maintaining a safe and sanitary space for children and staff
• Restocking essential supplies (paper goods, soaps, sanitizers)
• Assisting with seasonal outdoor tasks like snow removal or lawn care
• Reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly
• Being a friendly, respectful presence for all members—offering help and positive engagement as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Physical capability to bend, climb ladders, kneel, shovel, and perform other maintenance tasks
• Willingness to use cleaning agents safely and follow safety guidelines
• Passion for making all people feel welcome, included, and valued
