We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.   Role Description: The HR Global Mobility Consultant provides operational and strategic guidance to the organization regarding mobility and compliance services, while collaborating globally to drive innovation and foster an excellent end-to-end customer experience.   What you’ll do: Partner with the business to successfully lead cross border relocations with country and policy expertise to the Americas region. Support the design and implementation of internal cross border staffing processes in close alignment with the finance, consulting, IT and other organizations. Provide effective, creative solutions for exceptions and escalations, and manage agreed upon service level agreements with Third party Vendors as a case manager. Continuously develop and demonstrate broad knowledge of Global Mobility topics, especially with regards to country specifics: immigration, social security, tax and permanent establishment risks among others. Contribute to the broader, global team to drive innovation, provide trainings/exchanges regarding Mobility topics (immigration, social security, tax)   What you bring: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Strong project management and consultation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (Spanish/Portuguese desired as well). In-depth knowledge in international taxation rules and US immigration knowledge. Strong sense of urgency and customer focus with the ability to collaborate virtually, and manage through ambiguity. Cultural sensitivity and aptitude to collaborate with international & virtual teams, with a desire to learn and develop.   Education ~ At least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Legal, Business Administration, and/or comparable experience/degree   Practical Experience: Essential At minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in GM/HR, Legal, International Tax or Compliance HR Global Mobility expertise Consulting and customer service experience   Desirable International experience (living or working abroad) Experience working in a virtual & multi-national team Project Management experience Understanding of Global Mobility processes and policies, immigration, social security, tax required & cross border compliance.     We win with inclusion SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69,800- 152,300 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
