This position will serve as an Human Resources Generalist with primary ownership of talent acquisitions. Looking for a team player that thrives in a fast-paced open-door environment. Participate in general HR office coordination and general HR functions.
Assisting with time-keeping and assist with payroll requirements. (Seperate non-HR payroll department)
Manage and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and manage SOPs for HR Department, including talent acquisition.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Create or update and manage all current or needed recruitment collateral.
Source and recruit candidates by using ICIMS Recruiting System-Primary point of contact and oversite of onsite recruiting program.
Tracking referrals and bonus information and returning to payroll in timely and organized process.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Manage offer letter and submit background checks to third party.
Assist in onboarding coordination and revision, as well as, delivery and implementation of orientation as requested.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact for applicants during the selection process.
Employee relations documentation with escalation to Director.
Other HR tasks as assigned.

Must be organized and detail oriented. Ability to focus through multi-tasking and prioritize with minimal direction or oversite.
College or certifications in business or HR preferred.
Will consider training in some areas that are less familiar, however, candidate should have an affinity to learn quickly, understand how to seek and obtain information from online resources around changing laws and requirements regarding State and Federal Laws around Labor and Industries, OSHA, HR Best Practices.
