Description

As an Insulation Installer at Banker Insulation, you will play a vital role in our installation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Banker Insulation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring installations meet industry standards.
• Working as part of a team to install insulation products and ensuring proper application techniques and coverage for optimal insulation performance.
• Residential installation of fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in multi-story buildings/homes.
• Assisting in the removal and disposal of old or removed insulation materials as part of retrofit or replacement projects.
• Collaborating with other team members, such as project managers, sales personnel, and coordinators, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address any installation or product-related issues that may arise.
• Employment may be contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable law.

Qualifications

• Attend and pass all required training and certification courses assigned.
• Construction experience is required.
• Ability to withstand exposure to heat, dust, and various weather and construction site conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, and safely maneuver in small and non-climate-controlled environments such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States.
• Driving a company-supplied vehicle/box truck to and from the jobsite, following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30-50lbs.
