• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in public accounting and/or industry is preferred. Prior experience in an interim or transitional role is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
