Hours per week: Full-time (37.5 – 40 hours/week)

Schedule: Dayshift: M-F 5am-2pm or 8 Am - 5 PM

Days: 5 days a week (M-F)

Pay : $16.50 - $17.00 (depends on experience and certifications)

Benefits:  After 90 days (first of the month) of continuous work for 35 hours each week, you will qualify for health insurance

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Cleaner will perform general cleaning and upkeep for a large commercial building and public facilities area. Individuals in these janitorial positions will ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.

Summary of duties:

• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, elevators, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the areas.
• Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.
• Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Restock consumables in restrooms
• Floor care (carpet cleaning, machine scrub, strip & wax, etc.)
• Any other tasks assigned

Qualifications :

o Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job

o Ability to use phone app for report completion of each location

o Must be age 18 or over

o Must have valid Drivers License

o Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality

o Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

o Good communication skills and ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions are also required

o Ability to speak and read english
