Your Mission:
As our Lead Epoxy Floor Installer , you’ll be the captain of the crew — setting the pace, raising the bar, and making every job a showcase of skill. From prep to polish, you'll guide projects with expertise, safety, and style.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead a skilled team on-site with confidence
✔ Install epoxy, urethane, flake, and quartz systems like a pro
✔ Manage job timelines, quality checks, and client expectations
✔ Solve problems on the fly and keep the workflow smooth
✔ Represent our brand with pride and professionalism
What You Bring:
- 5+ years installing epoxy/resinous flooring systems
- Experience running crews and job sites
- Mastery of surface prep, mixing, and application
- Blueprint reading and basic layout skills
- A sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Driver’s license + reliable transportation
