Position LMS Administrator – Tap Growth ai Location: Plainsboro, NJ Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Job Function: Other Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Responsibilities Provide end‑user support via Salesforce and IT Helpdesk tickets (e.g., login/password issues, course access, technical errors) Respond to learner phone calls and emails regarding LMS functionality Develop help documents and user training materials for LMS users Assist course designers with technical LMS support such as multimedia storage, course cloning, copying, backup, retrieval, and setup Manage course properties, create courses, certifications, and curricula Enroll users via wizard, templates, assignment rules, or batch processing Use LMS utilities such as import, export, archive, restore, and configure course catalog settings Manage system-level tasks, including authentication and integration, system configuration and performance monitoring, and log interpretation for troubleshooting Create and manage user accounts (batch uploads and user configurations) Maintain access permissions and ensure proper user role assignments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline (required) Minimum 3 years of experience as an LMS Administrator Strong knowledge of SABA Cloud, SCORM, SharePoint, and system testing Experience working in validated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical or regulated industry) Advanced computer and technical troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tap Growth ai by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Tap Growth ai
