Marketing Assistant

Summary

AtWork is an award-winning national staffing franchise based in Knoxville, TN. With almost one hundred locations nationwide, we are expanding our marketing team to drive future growth. This is a full-time, in-office role with benefits. Our marketing team both develops national brand content as well as supports our local franchise owners. The Marketing Assistant will work with our fast-paced team to support key initiatives for our brand.

Job Purpose

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support our brand, franchise offices and other departments as we grow our national footprint.

Reporting Relationship and Organizational Impact

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and works with the marketing team and franchisees to drive execution and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support digital initiatives including email campaigns and office set up, website updates and social media needs
  • Assist with event planning including our national conference event.
  • Assist with our national Swag program, quarterly marketing boxes and new hire kits
  • Manage our annual System Awards process including awards details, ordering and presentation deck
  • Maintain presentation decks for internal and external use to ensure brand standards and refresh as needed.
  • Build, test and launch weekly systemwide communications
  • Assist team with various processes for new office openings including signage and collateral kits
  • Help to maintain highly responsive support for franchisee requests and inquiries
  • Manage the process to create our annual Almanac including partnering with departments on updates, working with our printer, system communications, etc.
  • Manage the process to create our annual Marketing Guide including collaborating with the team on content ideas and updates
  • Work in Asana platform to manage projects and workflow
  • Assist with ideas for briefs, campaign ideas and brand marketing assets
  • Manage video catalog and file assets
  • Maintain the Marketing SharePoint site, package and post campaign assets, Dropbox site and other key platforms
  • Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

0-2 years of marketing or related experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with marketing software preferred (CRM tools, Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Working Conditions

This position offers a traditional small office environment with light lifting on occasion.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and is exempt from overtime. Benefits including health insurance and paid holiday/vacation time are also provided.
