In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs.
• Building engaging displays and end caps that attract customers.
• Resetting shelves with product rotation to maximize sales.
• Tracking inventory to ensure optimal sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers.
• Assisting leadership with key tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

What we're looking for in you:

• An engaging and friendly personality, comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Individuals who are 18 years or older.
• Physical capability to perform tasks that involve moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A reliable means of transportation to and from the work location.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience, with a background in leading and training teams.
• Ability to utilize your smartphone or tablet for recording work after shifts.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
• A motivated self-starter with a passion for results and action.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to safety-first practices in a retail environment.
