Identify and implement improvements based on client feedback and needs. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless and cohesive client experience. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your service skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
