***3rd Shift Opening*** Serigraph is seeking a Post Print Operator to join our Specialty location's fabric cell. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as printing, cutting, sewing, and operating post printing equipment. The position may involve periodic rotation to perform various duties to ensure the efficient preparation of products for final shipment. Responsibilities may vary depending on plant requirements.
Post Print Operator Responsibilities -- Operate various post-printing equipment, including Spar punch, corona treater, toggle, TOX, HF die cutting, pad printing, laminating (including thermal), cutting, SAKS equipment, and material handling machinery.
- Accurately record all necessary information on labor reporting systems, QA forms, job tickets, and move tags.
- Ensure the smooth movement of products between workstations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5s principles.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements or changes.
- Adhere to customer specifications and quality standards, including meeting vision standards.
- Inspect and audit products for printing, die cutting, laminating, or other defects affecting product quality.
- Perform additional post-printing tasks as needed, such as popping out parts, hand application, pulling sealed air, shrink wrapping, and product packaging.
- Assist in manufacturing assistant duties when required.
- Segregate recyclable materials into appropriate containers.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties.

Minimum Qualifications for Post Print Operator -- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and job tickets.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey issues and instructions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with departmental and company safety, housekeeping, and PPE practices.
- Competency in entering necessary information into the Titan ERP system.
