Responsibilities

  • Manages daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth patient flow and timely service delivery. 
  • Coordinates staff scheduling and assignments to maintain adequate coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with organizations policies and basic healthcare regulations. 
  • Supports budget tracking by monitoring expenses and reporting variances to leadership. 
  • Facilitates communication between staff, providers, and patients to resolves routine issues. 
  • Assists with on-boarding and training of clinic staff to maintain service standards. 
  • Provides guidance and support staff, including performance feedback and coaching. 
  • Serves as the primary liaison between administration, physicians, and external organizations or vendors. 
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare / business administration or a combination of experience and education that is relevant to the responsibilities outlined in this role. 
  • A minimum of one year of management experience with supervision of team members operating in a healthcare setting. 

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of billing and collection process and systems
