Prep Cook Le Burger

Le Burger 4304 is a French-inspired burger spot built around a playful idea: "What would happen if two American guys opened a burger joint in Paris?" Our original Minneapolis location brings this concept to life with fast-casual charmbright, family-friendly, and full of fine-dining flavor, served with counter-service ease. Now in Cleveland, we're turning up the volume with a full-service, neighborhood bar. It's everything people love about Le Burgerbut with room to stay awhile. Guests can grab a cocktail, catch the game, and settle in for a relaxed, elevated experience.

The Prep Cook supports kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, setting up workstations, and ensuring all items are ready for cooking. They follow recipes and safety guidelines to maintain consistency and quality. All while embodying our core values.

Essential Functions

• Communicate product needs

Education / Experience / Certifications:

• Must be 19+ years of age.
• 1-3 years' experience in a food service role.
• Knowledge of various food-service styles a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintains composure under pressure, remains calm and courteous in difficult situations.
• Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business demands; ability to work flexible hours as required.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment. This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift. Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
