As the Practice Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, overseeing daily operations and mentoring a diverse team of healthcare professionals. You???ll handle everything from financial oversight and budget management to enhancing the patient experience. By integrating new technologies and ensuring regulatory compliance, you will play a vital role in helping this practice???and your career???reach a better place.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Clinical knowledge within psychology or psychiatry.
Experience with healthcare marketing and growth strategies.

Qualifications:
3???5 years of management experience in a healthcare or private practice setting.
Bachelor???s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in practice management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and Florida Mental Health regulations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a fast-paced team.
