Our Location
Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. In addition to the All-Staff Quarterly In-Person meetings, The CaNI team meets quarterly in-person with a hybrid option, local and regional travel is optional and based on project assignments.
What We’re Looking For:The Project Manager – Communities and New Initiatives (CaNI) will be responsible for managing an array of projects, working groups and community-focused initiatives. These new initiatives will serve customers and communities that Energy Trust has historically underserved. This role will support cross-sector initiatives in our energy programs, including the organization’s workforce development and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Other potential focus areas for this role include supporting community energy planning, community engagement, and community-led program design.
This individual reports to the Program Manager and will be a key contributor to Energy Trust’s CaNI Sector, which is embedded within the organization’s broader Energy Programs Group. The CaNI Sector is responsible for developing and implementing cross-program strategies and initiatives to increase access to clean energy solutions for all of Energy Trust’s customers. The position will lead cross-functional project teams, act as a liaison with community partners and other external stakeholders and produce and manage project-related reporting and documentation.

Starting Compensation: $70,200 - $86,900
Full Pay Range: $70,200 - $103,800
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications in the pay equity assessment to determine equitable salary placement. Candidates should expect compensation offers within the starting compensation range. The full pay range is included to show the earnings potential for this position with sustained high performance.
