The is a full time, direct hire role that will require up to 25% travel. Some of the responsibilities and skills needed are below:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the organization's radiation safety program, including the development and implementation of radiation safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with relevant authorities, including regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Renew and apply for radioactive materials licenses and reciprocity agreements. Drives cultural change within the organization and improves performance as it relates to safety and safety culture. Consults with operational managers to ensure timely and effective resolution of safety concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety or other technical discipline required. 5+ years of experience working in Radiation Safety required.
