Job Details

We’re looking for a Real Estate Associate

What You’ll Do

Advise on complex commercial real estate transactions, including debt and equity deals.
Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as operating agreements, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
Manage all aspects of transactional closings with precision and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Admission to the California State Bar.
