Commission splits start at 60/40, No transaction fees, You will be responsible for your listing materials including pictures, signs, etc. Responsibilities:

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Qualifications:

• Organized and manages time effectively
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License

We help people going through probate, divorce, disrepair, and many other situations that would lead a homeowner to sell a home to an investor like us.
