Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Staging & Property Presentation
Collaborate with the lead Realtor to stage homes, ensuring properties are showcased at their highest potential to appeal to buyers.
Manage staging logistics, materials, and timelines for listings.
Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate and maintain the Realtor’s calendar, appointments, and showing schedules.
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all contacts and interactions are accurately recorded.
Monitor time-sensitive tasks and ensure timely completion of requests and follow-ups.
Transaction Coordination
Support contract-to-close process, including scheduling inspections, walkthroughs, and closings.
Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
Serve as a liaison among clients, agents, attorneys, and vendors throughout the transaction process.
Marketing & Client Engagement
Assist in creating print and digital marketing materials to support listings and promote the brand.
Organize and execute open houses and community engagement events to build local visibility.
Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence.
Qualifications: Required:
Valid North Carolina Real Estate License (active)
Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience
Proven background or strong understanding of staging homes for sale
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or GED
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database tools
Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
Customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism
Ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure
