Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role objectives, and candidate profiles.

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone/video interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

• Manage candidate communications and ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring efforts.
