We’re on the hunt for a Recruiter who’s not just great at finding talent—but also passionate about creating an unforgettable candidate experience. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for our Contact Center, build smart sourcing strategies, and use your judgment, creativity, and data skills to help us grow with the right people.

• Own the full recruiting process—from sourcing to offer—for multiple roles 
• Analyze hiring data to improve outcomes and keep our pipeline strong 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and exceed expectations 
• Keep our ATS sharp, our job ads fresh, and our employer brand shining 
• Create engaging content for our Careers site, Indeed, and Glassdoor 
• Help shape a candidate experience that reflects who we are: open, kind, and a little quirky 

• Ideally, 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
• A creative mindset for attracting top talent in new and exciting ways
• A passion for people, process, and continuous improvement
