  • Shift Differentials:
  • Evenings: +$3.00/hour
  • Nights: +$1.00/hour
  • Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour
  • Weekend Evenings: +$4.00/hour
  • Weekend Nights: +$4.00/hour

• Schedule: Full-time and PRN options available
  • Night Shifts: Monday–Sunday

• Provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care to residents
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift
• Lead resident assessments and care planning
• Ensure compliance with care standards and best practices
• Promote residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families
• Oversee assigned facility areas and respond to urgent needs
• Foster a positive, professional care environment
What You’ll Need:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
• 1+ years supervisory experience in Senior Living required
• Clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
