Job Title: Reiki Healer

Full or Part time available

This role involves guiding students through the principles and practice of Reiki energy healing, fostering their development as practitioners through comprehensive training, hands-on demonstrations, and ongoing mentorship. The Reiki Instructor is responsible for creating a nurturing learning environment and ensuring students are prepared to practice Reiki ethically and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Training:

  Create and lead Reiki courses (Levels 1, 2, and Master/Teacher) and workshops, tailoring content to different student needs and skill levels.

• Provide Hands-on Instruction:

  Demonstrate Reiki techniques, offer guidance, and provide personalized feedback to students during practical sessions.

• Manage Student Records:

  Maintain accurate student records, track their progress, and issue appropriate Reiki certificates upon completion of courses.

• Facilitate a Positive Learning Environment:

  Cultivate a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where students feel comfortable learning and growing.

• Administrative Tasks:

  Handle scheduling, manage course materials, and maintain professional development for the instructor.

• Promote Holistic Well-being:

  Educate students on the principles of energy balance, healing, and the ethical considerations of holistic practices.

• Collaborate with Wellness Professionals:

  Work with other practitioners and contribute to community wellness events or workshops.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certification: Must hold a Reiki Master Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of professional client experience as a Reiki practitioner.
• Energy Healing Expertise: In-depth understanding of Reiki principles, energy flow, and healing techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide empathetic, compassionate guidance.
• Empathy and Compassion: A compassionate and empathetic demeanor is essential for working with students and fostering a nurturing environment.
• Ethical Practice: Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
• Business Acumen: Basic business skills for managing appointments and client records.
