• 5+ seasons of previous experience with Jackson Hewitt.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in Jackson Hewitt software.
